What are the responsibilities and job description for the Transitional Care Coordinator (Sales) -Home Health position at Family Home Health and Hospice?
Family Home Health Network, an Affiliate of the Alden Network, is a provider of intermittent home health care, palliative care, hospice care and skilled/custodial private care services throughout the Chicagoland area.
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Home Health Sales professional to join our growing business development team in order to support the growth of our agency through both the expansion of our current and existing relationships within our network as well as the development of entirely new relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, community organizations and other healthcare organizations throughout our twelve (12) county service area.
Preferred experience in this role would be:
- Experience working in a long-term care facility (such as an admissions coordinator, sales rep, etc)
- Experience promoting/selling home health services IS a plus
- Excellent at cold calling and highly sales driven
- Possess outstanding verbal/written communication skills
- Outstanding computer skills (experience using a CRM system a plus)
- Have outstanding interpersonal relationship skills and be very comfortable speaking to peers, customers, patients, and families.
