Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mental Health Counselor based in Greenville, OH, with flexibility for some remote work. The Mental Health Counselor will provide direct counseling services to individuals, couples, and families addressing mental health and emotional challenges. Responsibilities include creating and implementing personalized treatment plans, facilitating therapy sessions, managing cases, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care. The counselor will also assist in promoting mental health awareness within the community.
Qualifications
- Experience and skills in Treatment Planning and Case Management
- Strong knowledge of Mental Health and Psychology practices
- Proficient in Relationship Counseling and related counseling techniques
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Current licensure as a counselor or therapist in Ohio (e.g., LPC, LPCC, LSW, or LISW)
