Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and personable Family Nurse Practitioner or Family Practice Physician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about primary care, enjoys building lasting relationships with patients, and works well in a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
- Perform routine exams, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Educate patients on preventive health, lifestyle, and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted license to practice in VA
- Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine (MD/DO) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Current DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
