We are looking for a dedicated CNM to join our collaborative, full-scope OB/GYN team. Here, you won't just be managing a caseload—you will be a vital lifeline, empowering families and bringing equitable, evidence-based care to an underserved region.

What You’ll Bring
Credentials: Valid Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) certification and Washington State RN/ARNP license (or eligibility to obtain).
Heart for the Mission: A deep commitment to health equity, reproductive justice, and serving rural, vulnerable, or underinsured populations.
Skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a passion for patient education. (Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus!)
Adaptability: Comfort working in a rural setting and collaborating closely with a tight-knit community healthcare team.
