Registered Nurse- Med Refill Team

The full time onsite Registered Nurse would support the Medication Refill Team 

The Registered Nurse for the Medication Refill Team will provide prescription related medication support to the patients. They will participate in all aspects of care to patients including triage, health maintenance teaching, and administration of vaccines/medication. The RN will also collaborate and communicate with other nursing professionals, medical assistants, and medical providers to ensure high quality patient care. The RN will provide support to medical providers, as needed in the management of prescriptions and controlled substance prescriptions. 

Educational Requirements: 

Graduate of accredited school of nursing required. AS or BS in nursing preferred. 

Must be licensed as a LPN or RN by the Massachusetts State Board of Registration. BLS required. 

Experience Required: 

Two years full time professional experience or part time equivalent.

 Reporting Relationship: Director of Nursing
