You will work closely with our team of physicians, nurse practitioner, and support staff to provide comprehensive care, diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions, and promote overall health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and medical histories
- Perform physical examinations and order diagnostic tests as needed
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and provide patient education
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
- Promote preventive care and wellness strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards
Qualifications:
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Idaho
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing
