What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Medicine Physician position at Family Health Care?
We are currently seeking a full-time family medicine physician for our outpatient FQHC clinic in White Cloud, Michigan.

Certificate/License Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited school of Medicine
- State of Michigan Medical License
- State of Michigan Controlled Substance License
- Federal DEA License
