Family Health Care seeks a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our school-based clinic in Reed City Public Schools.
Job Responsibilities
Provide outpatient services to school-age children as outlined by the MDHHS Child and Adolescent Health Center Program. Services include, but are not limited to, primary care, preventative care, comprehensive health assessment, treatment of acute illness, co-management of chronic illness, immunizations, prescribing and reviewing medications, sports physicals, and health education.
Requirements
- Previous APP experience is preferred but not required.
- Graduation from an accredited school for Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- State of Michigan Medical License
- State of Michigan Controlled Substance License
- Federal DEA License
