Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately chart and document patients’ periodontal health
- Apply cavity-preventative agents such as fluoride and sealants
- Perform thorough, gentle prophylaxis for patients
- Accurately document all treatments performed
- Take radiographs as prescribed by the dentist
- Perform scaling, root planning, and selective polishing as needed

Experience/Qualifications:
- Must have an active RDH license to practice in Michigan.
- Spanish language skills are highly desirable.
