What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health Counselor position at FAMILY GUIDANCE CENTER?
The Family Guidance Center of Alabama Perspective candidates must have a masters in a social service or counseling field and must be willing to work with all populations across the lifespan. Clinic hours are Monday-Friday and some weekends. Job duties include but are not limited to: 1.Individual Counseling 2. Couple Counseling 3. Family Counseling 4. Clinical Assessment 5. Group Counseling 6. Community Outreach 7. Supervised Visitation
Qualifications:Qualifications Masters Degree from an accredited graduate program in a mental health related field. A minimum one year of post licensure counseling experience. Candidates must possess public speaking skills, familiar with Microsoft suite of software, and must have experience using Electronic Health Record software.
