What You’ll Do
- Support classroom activities and small group learning.
- Engage children using play-based strategies.
- Ensure active supervision and safety at all times.
- Assist with toileting and maintain a clean, healthy space.
- Build positive relationships with families and respect their cultures.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: CCFT courses within 6 months; CDA within 2 years.
- Preferred: Associate’s in Early Childhood Education.
- Certifications: CPR, WI Registry Level 6 , and required safety trainings.
- Skills: Communication, patience, reliability, cultural sensitivity.
Physical Requirements
Active role: standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and engaging with children daily.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.35 - $16.36 per hour
