Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our medical staff and ensuring that patients receive high-quality care. This position requires a strong understanding of medical terminology and patient service skills to assist in various clinical and administrative tasks.
This position would be Monday through Thursday with occasional Fridays. No weekends. No holidays.
Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring they are clean and well-stocked.
- Schedule patient appointments and manage follow-up visits.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
