- Schedule: Part‑time (approximately 25 hours per week)
- Hours: Monday–Friday with very limited evenings

What You’ll Do
As a Member Experience Associate, you’ll be one of the first faces and voices our members encounter, setting the tone for every visit, call, or message.
Your role will include:
- Welcoming members and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Creating exceptional, personalized member experiences that reflect our mission
- Processing member transactions accurately and efficiently (in person, by mail, night deposit, and electronically)
- Providing clear, helpful information about credit union services and policies
- Responding promptly to phone calls, emails, texts, and other electronic requests
- Assisting members with account maintenance, debit cards, shared branching, ACH, statements, IRAs, certificates, and more
- Helping members resolve concerns with care, empathy, and attention to policy
- Supporting operations through research requests, return mail processing, remote deposit follow‑ups, and account closures
- Balancing a teller drawer and working with a teller cash recycler
- Collaborating with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations and a welcoming office environment
