What are the responsibilities and job description for the Care Provider position at Family First Home Services, LLC?
Provider Responsible to:
- Administrator, Alternate Administrator, Non-RN Supervisor and Coordinator.
Main Function: to perform personal care tasks and household work related to the care of the aged or individual (client).
ESSENTIAL TASKS:
1. Assist with or provides personal care duties as outlined in the plan of care or individual service plan in assigned by the field supervisor. Personal care duties include:
- Bathing; grooming; toileting; dressing; assisting clients with transfer (transfer device must be used if the client can not bear weight); walking; assisting client with self-administered medications; meal preparation for client; feeding; light housekeeping;
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively; ability to complete service delivery record (timesheet); ability to follow specific directions related to personal care task and lighthouse keeping duties; availability of personal, reliable transportation.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.84 - $13.00 per hour
