Job Description
We are seeking a dependable, caring Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our growing team. As a caregiver, you'll provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes, helping with daily activities while offering companionship and peace of mind to families.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Offer companionship and respite care for family caregivers
- Support clients with mobility and daily routines
- Travel to client homes throughout Southern Vermont using your own vehicle
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Requirements
- Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in the State of Vermont
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel to multiple client locations
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for caregiving
- Reliable, punctual, and compassionate
Compensation & Benefits
- $22.00/hour
- Mileage reimbursement: $0.755/mile
