YOUR DAY
As an entry-level Home Health Caregiver, you provide compassionate care to elderly clients and form positive relationships with them, making sure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You consistently interact with 1 - 3 people per week, providing personal care and 1:1 support. Your services vary depending on each client's abilities and needs, and you encourage independence when possible. You take pride in supporting our elderly clients and helping them live normal lives!
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 21 years old
- Great work ethic with strong time management skills and the ability to work independently
- Proactive spirit with the ability to take charge
- Ability to compassionately facilitate care to those resistant to help
- Reliable, responsible, and kind demeanor
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
