Family First Choice Care Services is currently hiring a dependable and compassionate Floating Caregiver to join our growing team. This position is perfect for caregivers who enjoy flexibility and are willing to assist with last-minute coverage when staff call off or additional client support is needed.
Responsibilities:
Provide quality care and companionship to clients in their homes
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Light housekeeping and meal preparation
Medication reminders
Transportation assistance (if applicable)
Step in for scheduled caregivers during call-offs or emergencies
Complete daily documentation and communication sheets accurately
Requirements:
Reliable transportation required
Must be dependable and able to respond quickly to shift opportunities
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
Compassionate, professional, and patient attitude
Ability to work in different client homes and environments
Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance preferred
Must pass background check
