About the Role
We are growing and looking for a skilled Auto Body Technician who is experienced and confident working on a frame machine. This is a key hire for our collision/recon team that supports our Buy Here Pay Here dealership.
You will primarily work on late-model, low-mileage vehicles from auction purchases (IAA/Copart) and repossessions. Most work is internal — steady volume, predictable workflow, and no heavy retail insurance customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Structural and non-structural repairs
- Frame machine work (pulling, alignment, measuring)
- Panel replacement, welding, and bodywork
- Work closely with our painter and detailers to deliver quality, ready-to-sell vehicles quickly
- Assist in Auto Body

Requirements
- 3 years of professional auto body experience
- Strong experience operating a frame machine (required)
- Proven ability to do high-quality structural repairs
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, full days. Some flexibility based on production needs.
