Paraplanner – Registered Investment Advisor (RIA)
We are a growing wealth management firm seeking a detail-oriented Paraplanner to support our advisors and help deliver exceptional client service. This role combines financial planning, client service and advisor support.
Responsibilities
· Build and update financial plans in RightCapital (experience a plus).
· Gather and analyze client data (cash flow, retirement, insurance, investments, estate).
· Prepare reports, meeting materials, and track follow-ups.
· Assist with account openings, transfers, and client money movement.
· Maintain accurate client records and support compliance processes.
· Provide administrative support to advisors and assist with firm projects.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred).
· One-year of experience in a paraplanner, client service associate, or similar RIA role.
· Familiarity with financial planning software (RightCapital, eMoney, or MoneyGuide).
· Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
· Progress (or desire to progress) toward CFP® designation a plus.
