Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team in our small family owned milk processing plant. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient processing of food products while adhering to safety and quality standards. This position requires a general understanding of food safety protocols, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with others. Duties
- Operate food processing equipment while maintaining high standards of safety and sanitation.
- Participate in cleaning and sanitation procedures, potentially including CIP wash systems.
- Ensure compliance with our FSP(Food Safety Plan)and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines throughout the production process.
- Monitor production processes for quality control, making adjustments as necessary to meet production goals.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including regular sanitization of equipment and surfaces.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and enhance productivity.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety.
