Social Worker Specialist, Intensive In-home Services-Intensive Family Reunification Services For IIS-IFRS children. Full-time position, on site services, with flexible hours, and a 2-3 family caseload. On call for crisis. Behavioral training provided. Starting salary $39,500/yr,-$43,000 with adjustment for advanced service related experience and education. Agency paid health insurance. IIS-IFRS Specialists provide intensive home based service to prevent out of home placement of field preferred, or direct relevant experience or competencies. Requires residence within the service area. Bachelors degree required. Prior social work with children and families preferred. Sign on Bonus $1,500. Retention bonus at 9 months and 18 months from Start Date. Company car and/or enhanced mileage from residence provided.
