- Handle medical coding and billing processes to ensure proper documentation and insurance claims.
- Provide information on optical products and services to patients, assisting them in making informed choices.
- Maintain aseptic techniques to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Support retail sales by promoting eyewear products and accessories available in the practice.
- Work effectively with pediatric patients, ensuring their comfort during visits.
Experience
- Previous experience in an optometric or medical office setting is preferred but not required.
