Now Hiring: Optometric Technician
Join our friendly, patient-focused eye care team! We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Optometric Technician to assist our doctors in providing exceptional vision care. Experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and prepare patients for eye examinations.
- Obtain medical histories and perform preliminary vision testing.
- Operate diagnostic equipment, including retinal cameras and autorefractors.
- Educate patients on contact lens care and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and keep exam rooms organized.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Prior optometric, or ophthalmologic experience is required.
