General Manager – Family Entertainment Venue
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on General Manager to lead our indoor family entertainment venue. This is a rare opportunity to bring your experience in promoting a fun, welcoming destination to life for families in the community.
As the General Manager, you will take the lead on all aspects of the ongoing operations. You will guide the staff, vendor coordination, and guest experience to ensure the venue delivers outstanding experiences every day.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee & manage all operational matters
- Recruit, hire, and train a motivated and service-minded team
- Create and manage budgets while driving revenue and controlling costs
- Building and fostering marketing partnerships and community relationships to grow attendance
- Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and guest service
- Lead daily needs and ensure the team works together to create memorable experiences
- Report to company leadership on key goals and performance
What We’re Looking For
- At least five years of leadership experience in hospitality, attractions, or entertainment
- Proven experience in managing a hospitality business or location
- Strong background in recruiting, training, and building teams
- Comfortable managing vendors, inventory, and facility needs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A passion for creating a positive, guest-focused culture
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
