About the Opportunity
An established indoor entertainment venue in the Atlanta/Smyrna area is seeking an experienced General Manager to take ownership of daily operations, team performance and the overall guest experience.
This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys a busy environment and knows how to balance people leadership, operational execution and business performance. The General Manager will lead the park team while ensuring the facility consistently delivers a safe, clean and engaging experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct daily operations across the facility and maintain strong operational standards
- Recruit, train, coach and develop managers and team members
- Build a positive, accountable culture focused on both employees and guests
- Manage staffing levels, schedules and labor based on business needs
- Support revenue growth through memberships, parties, events and community outreach
- Monitor attendance, retention and other key performance indicators
- Maintain established safety, cleanliness and guest service standards
- Coordinate facility maintenance and address operational needs as they arise
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, team performance and overall park results
- Lead from the floor and remain actively engaged during high-volume operating periods
What We're Looking For
- 3 to 7 years of leadership or management experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, entertainment, restaurants, retail or another high-volume customer-facing operation
- Demonstrated ability to hire, develop and lead teams
- Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and people leadership skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as business needs require
