The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations including staff management, guest satisfaction, financial performance, marketing initiatives, and facility maintenance. The GM will lead by example, ensuring the company provides a safe, fun, and engaging atmosphere for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to all departments, including food & beverage, bowling, arcade, and events.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and develop staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost controls to achieve revenue and profit goals.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure facility cleanliness, safety, and smooth workflow.
- Drive marketing and promotional initiatives to increase customer traffic and engagement.
- Resolve guest concerns and maintain strong community relations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
Qualifications
- 5 years of management experience in hospitality, entertainment, or food & beverage.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
