What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Transport Driver position at Family Empowerment Recovery Center?
The Client Transport Driver is responsible for safely transporting clients to and from the Intensive Outpatient Program, medical appointments, and other recovery-related services. This role supports client engagement and retention by ensuring reliable, timely, and professional transportation services while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport clients to and from IOP groups, treatment services, and approved addresses
- Ensure client safety at all times during transport
- Maintain punctual pick-up and drop-off schedules
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fuel, cleanliness, safety checks)
- Document transportation logs, mileage, and client attendance accurately
- Communicate effectively with clinical and administrative staff regarding scheduling or client concerns
- Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients
- Report any incidents, accidents, or behavioral concerns immediately
- Support a respectful, recovery-oriented environment during transport
Pay: From $15.92 per hour

- Route driving: 1 year (Required)
