Family Dentistry of Mt. Pleasant is looking for a full-time General Dentist to join our established practice as we prepare for an important transition in the practice's next chapter.
This is not a start-from-scratch associate opportunity.
Our practice has served the Mt. Pleasant community since 1952, building generations of patient relationships through excellent dentistry, integrity, and hospitality. Over the last 12 months, the practice generated approximately $1.46 million in net production and collections, including approximately $1.1 million of doctor dentistry and $360,000 of hygiene production.
Longtime dentist Dr. Michael Tyler plans to work alongside you for a period of time and give you schedule priority, creating an opportunity for the right dentist to join Dr. Adam Hall and help lead the practice for years to come.

The Clinical Opportunity
We are looking for a dentist who enjoys being productive while delivering outstanding patient care.
The practice has significant demand for bread-and-butter general dentistry and same-day treatment, with additional opportunity for a dentist interested in areas such as:
- Crown and bridge
- Restorative dentistry
- Endodontics
- Cosmetic dentistry
- Orthodontics
- Sleep dentistry
- Emergency dentistry
- Comprehensive treatment planning
Our goal is for the incoming dentist to build toward approximately $80,000–$90,000 per month in net production and collections, with the team, patient base, and schedule designed to support that level of production.
Compensation & Benefits
Target compensation: $300,000 annually, based on a percentage of net production.

Schedule
Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Four clinical days per week with no regular Friday schedule.

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a dentist who is clinically confident, productive, and committed to building long-term relationships with patients.
The ideal candidate will have:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Tennessee dental license or ability to obtain one before starting
- Strong comprehensive general dentistry skills
- Confidence with diagnosis and treatment planning
- Ability and desire to provide same-day dentistry when appropriate
- Strong communication and patient relationship skills
- A collaborative approach with hygiene and the broader clinical team
- Interest in helping lead an established practice through its next stage of growth
Experience is preferred, but we're ultimately looking for the right dentist who has the clinical ability, work ethic, and desire to build something meaningful.
