What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Assistant position at Family Dentist?
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented dental assistant to join our team!
Looking for part time or full time.
The ideal candidate will support clinical operations by providing great chairside assistance, along with following infection control protocols. The dental assistant should also be able to complete accurate and detail medical and dental records.
The dental assistant will work closely with our dental team to deliver high-quality services using Eaglesoft and our Primescan digital scanner.
Assistant should be able to:
- Make temporary crowns
- Take preliminary crown impressions
- Take radiographs
- Know how to use a digital scanner, or ready to learn!
- Maintain infection control standards by following strict sterilization procedures
- Support the team with general clinic duties such as inventory management, ordering, and ensuring a clean, organized work environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively about dental procedures and health practices. Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

Experience:
- Dental assisting: 5 years (Preferred)
