What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Receptionist/ assistant position at Family Dental of Princeton?
Job description:
We are a small private practice in Princeton, NJ. We are currently looking for a highly motivated and team player to join our practice. Great customer service and overall patient experience a must. Experience is preferred, but not required. Experience in Dentrix is helpful, but not required. Candidate must have proper phone etiquette and must be a multi tasker. Chairside assisting will be required as needed.
Duties include (but not limited to):
- Scheduling and confirming Appointments
- Checking Patients In/Out
- Insurance Verification
- Enter/verify payments
- Insurance Claim Follow-Ups
- Greeting Patients
- Answering Phones
- Sterilization of instruments/operatories
- Assist doctor if and when needed with dental procedures
- Help other team members as needed
Our office is open Monday - Thursday; one Saturday a month
Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
