As a dental assistant at Family Dental Care of Milford, you will always be set up for success. Each team member is assigned a mentor, will receive the necessary certifications and completes weeks of PAID training prior to seeing their first patient. Various check-ins are pre-scheduled in order to verify the transition into a new role is progressing smoothly. You will also have direct access to support from your peers, Team Leader, Office Manager, and Practice Owner.
We are looking for eager individuals that are ready to take the first step beginning their career in dentistry. Not only do we take the care described above, but we also take pride in our culture.
