Sales Coordinator & Receptionist
Location: Family Danz Heating & Cooling – Albany, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation: Starting at $22/hr (based on experience) with comprehensive benefits

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator & Receptionist to join our sales department and serve as the first point of contact for our customers. This role is essential in supporting both the sales process and overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
· Answer and direct incoming calls; greet and assist customers.
· Schedule and confirm sales appointments for Comfort Consultants.
· Assist the sales team with follow-ups, job closing support, and showroom needs.
· Process sales paperwork and finance documents accurately and promptly.
· Maintain sales reports, commission records, and lead tracking.
· Manage customer communications, including thank-you calls, cards, and satisfaction surveys.
· Provide administrative support including inventory management, website updates, and service call requests.
· Assist with marketing, advertising, and report preparation as needed.
Qualifications
· Strong customer service and communication skills, with a professional phone presence.
· Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· High school diploma or GED required.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, project management, or related field preferred.
· Prior HVAC knowledge or receptionist experience is a plus.
