Family Connections, Inc. is seeking a Fully/Provisionally licensed therapist to provide mental health therapy services to referred students in Bellevue Public Schools.

Position that coordinates with Bellevue Public Schools schedule. May be providing some telehealth services to students who need it during school breaks (ie: Christmas break, Spring Break, Summer Break)

Position is in the Bellevue School District and sessions will be within the school/schools in a designated location/office.

Therapist Job Responsibilities:

• Establishes positive, trusting rapport with patients.
• Creates individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances.
• Meets with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Conducts ongoing assessments of patient progress.
• Involves and advises family members when appropriate.
• Refers patients to outside specialists or agencies when necessary.
• Maintains thorough records of patient meetings and progress.
• Follows all safety protocols and maintains client confidentiality.
• Contributes to practice by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

• Ability to communicate with compassion and empathy
• Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
• Current with all state licensing requirements
• Must have full/temp Nebraska license. (PLMHP, LMHP, LIMHP, or LISW) or the ability to obtain, will financially assist with obtaining temp/full license or be on an approved internship
• Family Connections, Inc. will aid with credentialing with Medicaid and private insurance

Bilingual a plus

Provides required weekly supervision to achieve full licensure for temp licensed employees or supervision for internship student.

Therapist schedule with clients during school hours and are provided an office in the school, supplies including personal email and office manager services.
