Position Overview:
We are seeking a polished, driven, and service-focused Sales Associate to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury goods, thrives in a dynamic retail environment, and is committed to delivering an elevated client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable experience to every customer
- Build lasting client relationships through consistent follow-up, personal outreach, and clienteling
- Achieve and exceed personal and store sales goals
- Maintain deep product knowledge of fine jewelry, gemstones, and designers carried in-store
- Assist with merchandising, restocking, and visual displays to ensure a pristine store presentation
- Process repairs, and special orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Handle high-ticket transactions with discretion, professionalism, and integrity
- Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced retail environment
- Uphold store policies and ensure security protocols are followed at all times
- Must be able to change watch batteries, add/remove links and other small watch repairs. If no previous experience, we will train you
Qualification
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Retail sales experience, preferably in luxury, jewelry, or fashion, but not necessary
- Strong sense of style and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with high-end clientele and luxury products
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic office software
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended store hours
