Role Description
The Sales Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Marlton, NJ. In this role, the Sales Associate will greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through jewelry selections while providing accurate information on products, stones, metals, and care. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with sales transactions, maintaining store displays, handling basic customer service inquiries, and supporting special orders or repairs. The Sales Associate will also help with inventory checks, cleaning and organizing showcases, and ensuring the store presents a professional and welcoming environment.
