Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chiropractor role located in Springfield, VA. The Chiropractor will perform patient evaluations, including health histories, physical examinations, and posture and spinal assessments, to develop individualized treatment plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering chiropractic adjustments, managing musculoskeletal conditions, providing rehabilitative and wellness recommendations, and documenting care in a clear and timely manner. The role also involves educating patients on lifestyle, ergonomic, and preventive strategies, collaborating with other healthcare providers when appropriate, and contributing to a welcoming, patient-centered clinic environment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in chiropractic care, including strong knowledge of the spine and musculoskeletal system.
- Proficiency in performing safe and effective chiropractic adjustments and related manual therapies.
- Solid foundation in general medicine principles as they relate to chiropractic practice and patient safety.
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution and current, unrestricted chiropractic license (or eligibility) in Virginia.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills, with attention to detail in documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to inclusive, patient-centered care.
