Front Desk Coordinator, Patient Experience and Clinic Operations
We are a fast paced, patient focused chiropractic clinic looking for a strong front office professional who takes ownership, follows through, and can confidently lead the front desk flow. This is not a typical receptionist role. You will be a key part of the clinical team and the patient experience from the first phone call to check out.
What success looks like in this role
You run the front desk like it is your post. You keep the schedule clean, patients moving, and communication tight. You solve problems without waiting to be told and you protect the patient experience at all times.
Key responsibilities
- Patient check in and check out with accuracy and professionalism.
- Phone skills that convert inquiries into scheduled visits.
- Scheduling and rescheduling with urgency and care.
- Collecting payments and understanding basic financial conversations.
- Insurance verification support and clean documentation as trained.
- Daily organization of the front desk, patient paperwork, and clinic flow.
- Communication with providers and teammates to keep the office running smoothly.
- Following systems and improving them when needed.
Required experience and skills
- 2 plus years in a medical, dental, or chiropractic front office setting.
- Confident on phones and able to guide conversations.
- Strong computer skills and comfort with multiple systems.
- Detail oriented, fast paced, and dependable.
- Professional appearance and patient first attitude.
- Able to handle feedback, learn quickly, and stay calm under pressure.
Preferred experience
- Chiropractic, medical, dental, PT, or other clinic setting.
- Experience with insurance, authorizations, or eligibility checks.
- Experience with cash collections and discussing treatment plans.
Physical requirements
- Must be able to sit, stand, and move throughout the clinic during the day.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are required.

- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Corporate Location: 8411 Balm St. Spring Hill, FL 34607
⏰ Schedule ONCE TRAINING IS COMPLETE (Subject to Change):
- Monday: OFF
- Tuesday- 8:30am-7:00pm
- Wednesday: 7:00am-7:00pm
- Thursday: 2:30pm-7:00pm
- Friday: 7:00am -6:00pm
- Saturday: 7:30am-1:00pm
- Sunday: OFF
- Note: Your scheduled day off may change after the 90-day training period.*
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
