Part-Time Chiropractic Assistant

Family Chiropractic & Posture Center is looking for a dependable, proactive Chiropractic Assistant to support our doctors and help create an exceptional patient experience.
This role is a great fit for someone with experience in a chiropractic, physical therapy, medical, dental, rehabilitation, or wellness setting who wants meaningful part-time work with the opportunity to grow.
About the Role
You'll be an important part of each patient's visit from welcoming them and coordinating appointments to assisting with therapies and supporting the daily flow of the practice.
We're looking for someone who brings strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to take ownership of daily responsibilities. You'll receive training in our office procedures and therapies, along with support from an experienced team.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and help create a warm, professional environment
- Manage appointments, answer phones, respond to messages, and coordinate patient flow
- Support patients throughout their care and communicate questions or concerns to the appropriate team member
- Assist patients with therapies as trained and directed, including Red Light Therapy, Electrical Stimulation, Therapeutic Ultrasound, and Trigger Point Therapy
- Help educate patients about office services and products that support their health goals
- Maintain organized, accurate patient information and assist with administrative tasks
- Anticipate what needs to be done and help keep the office running smoothly

Previous healthcare or related office experience is preferred. Chiropractic experience is a plus, but isn't required. We'll train you in our specific procedures and therapies.

Schedule
Applicants must be available for all three shifts:
- Monday: 2:15 PM–7:15 PM
- Tuesday: 6:45 AM–12:15 PM
- Wednesday: 2:15 PM–7:15 PM
Approximately 15–16 hours per week, with opportunity for growth.
