Role Description The Treatment Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Winona, MN, responsible for overseeing daily treatment services and clinical programming. This role provides supervision, guidance, and support to direct care and clinical staff, ensuring that services are delivered in alignment with agency standards, regulatory requirements, and evidence-informed practices. The Treatment Supervisor coordinates treatment plans, reviews documentation, and monitors client progress, collaborating with internal teams and community partners as needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling and staffing oversight, coaching and performance feedback, participation in case consultations, and responding to urgent clinical or behavioral concerns. The role also contributes to program development, quality improvement initiatives, and staff training to promote effective, trauma-informed, and family-centered care.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership and supervision abilities, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management of multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong clinical judgment and treatment planning skills, with experience in mental health, social work, counseling, or related human services fields.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, families, staff, and community partners.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage caseloads, and maintain accurate records.
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care, family systems, and evidence-informed interventions; knowledge of applicable regulations and ethical standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field required; master’s degree and relevant licensure (e.g., LICSW, LMFT, LPCC) preferred.
- Experience in residential, community-based, or outpatient treatment programs is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Winona, MN, with flexibility to respond to program needs, including occasional evenings or weekends as required.
