This position also provides supervision of the Contract Manager and leads efforts to enhance efficiency across the contract management function.

Responsibilities
- Administer grant and contract agreements, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions
- Manage grant budgets, track expenditure, and ensure fiscal accountability
- Oversee compliance with grant and contract requirements, including financial reporting and monitoring
- Ensure timely submission of vouchers and claims, and monitor timely receipt of payments
- Maintain communication with funding agencies, program staff, and key stakeholders
- Supervise the Contract Manager and oversee daily operations of the Contract Department
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage contract renewal processes
- Meet regularly with program personnel to review contract budget performance
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in grants and contract management, preferably within a nonprofit environment
- Supervisory experience required
