Location: Great Neck, NY | Salary: $53,000/year | Schedule: Full-time, M-F, 8 AM - 4 PM or 9 AM - 5 PM
The Clinician will provide trauma-informed, systems-based and strength-based psychotherapy services in Spanish to ENL students and their families as part of the Family First school-based counseling program. The Clinician will maintain communication with school's mental health and ENL staff to benefit student's progress.

The Clinician will provide trauma-informed, systems-based and strength-based psychotherapy services in Spanish to ENL students and their families as part of the Family First school-based counseling program. Responsibilities
- Provide school-based individual and family psychotherapy services to students.
- Conduct group sessions with students in-school
- Conduct initial client assessments; develop and implement treatment plans
- Collaborate and communicate with other referral sources as well as other service providers
- Maintain client case records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and FCA policies
- Collaborate with school staff to benefit student's treatment and ability to access resources
- Engage in professional development training
- Assume other tasks, projects, and responsibilities as needed to ensure effective program and agency operations.
- Master's Degree (MFT, MHC, or MSW) required
- Minimum of two years of counseling experience with adolescents and families
- Three years' experience working with at-risk youth.
- Spanish Fluency required.
- Valid and clean NYS driver's license
