The coordinator is responsible for ensuring that program capacity is maintained, service staffing meets capacity needs and program documentation adheres to state and county guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Train, supervise and support FCN family support services staff and provide oversight for FCN family support and respite programs.
- Conduct individual and group supervision of family support and respite staff.
- Act as a liaison with the county for FCN family support and respite programs as well as assist director in completing state reports and audits.
- Complete all screening, interviewing and paperwork related to hiring FCN family support and respite program staff.
- Conduct training of all respite and family support staff and ensure compliance with all training mandates.
- Conduct ongoing recruiting of family support and respite staff.
- Track and monitor all data/information required by state and county
- Identify and attend high-impact outreach events to expand the program's reach and recruit new participants
- Initiate and maintain partnerships with community organizations to embed supportive services across clinical and community-based service sites
- Carry a small caseload as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in social work and/or related human service field., MSW preferred.
- Experience in human services working with children and youth.
- Experience working in EHRs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Valid and clean driver's license.
