Family & Children’s Aid is seeking an efficient, organized individual to join our team as a Full-Time Bilingual English/Spanish or Portuguese/ English Receptionist for our New Milford Behavioral Health Center.
The work schedule is Monday through Thursday 10:30 am- 7:30 pm and Friday 1:30 pm - 7:30 pm.
Job duties include:
· Scheduling appointments
· Greeting and checking in clients
· Answering a multi-line phone system
· Utilizing our EHR system
· Collecting copays
· Scanning, faxing, and/or mailing documents.
Qualifications
· Bilingual English/ Portuguese or English/Spanish required
· High school diploma or GED required.
· Front desk or customer service experience preferred.

Year 1: 20 Days (4 weeks)
