IICAPS Clinician (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LMFT)
Norwalk / Stamford, CT | Full-Time
Family & Children’s Agency (FCA) is seeking a Licensed or License-Eligible Clinician to join our Intensive In-Home Child & Adolescent Psychiatric Services (IICAPS) team. In this role, you will provide community-based therapy and crisis intervention for children, adolescents, and families while helping stabilize families and prevent unnecessary hospitalizations or residential placements.

What You’ll Do
· Provide in-home therapy and crisis support for children, adolescents, and families
· Manage a caseload of 8–10 families using a strength-based treatment model
· Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
· Collaborate with a Mental Health Counselor and multidisciplinary treatment team
· Coordinate care with schools, providers, and community partners
· Participate in a rotating on-call crisis response schedule
Qualifications-Clinician, Therapist, Social Worker, Counselor
· Master’s degree required in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
· Licensed or license-eligible (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LMFT)
· Experience working with children, adolescents, and families preferred
· Strong crisis intervention and clinical assessment skills
· Ability to provide home-based services and work with diverse populations
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
