The Role
Family Centers is currently seeking a full-time licensed clinician to provide mental health services to clients in our NEW Primary Care Pediatric and Adult Health Center in Greenwich, CT. The clinician will work closely with the primary health care team at this location to provide integrated behavioral health care leading to improved health outcomes for our clients.

The Role

Clinician’s responsibilities include,
- Providing comprehensive assessments and psychotherapy to individuals (children and adults), families, couples, and groups in need of mental health treatment.
- Identifying client’s psychosocial needs utilizing the Social Determinants of Health and providing referrals and resources
- Collaborating and providing mental health consultation to medical staff and leading workshops and trainings related to mental health.
Work on a dynamic, multidisciplinary team including psychiatric and medical professionals.

- Salary up to $85K commensurate with experience.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCW), LPC, LMFT
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Experience working with a wide range of populations
- Knowledge and experience with electronic health records
- Strong clinical skills and experience using evidence-based models with adults, children and families.
- Able to engage in therapeutic practices in accordance with all HIPAA, state, federal, licensing, and accrediting bodies.
