What You'll Do

Help support individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities in their everyday moments and big life events. As a Support Buddy, you'll provide encouragement and guide others as they build independence, develop new skills, and work towards their goals.

You'll assist your buddy develop skills in areas such as:

• Personal safety
• Money management
• Social and communication skills
• Healthy lifestyle habits
• Community involvement
• Household and homemaking tasks
• Fine and gross motor skill development
• Goal achievement and daily living skills
  
  

Every day is different, and your support helps individuals gain confidence in their everyday life.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required, all training is provided.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
  

Schedule

Part-Time: 10-15 hours per week

• Monday-Friday between 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. (flexible scheduling within these hours)
• Two weekends per month—you choose the weekends that fit your schedule.
  
  

Pay

Starting at $15.00 per hour
