Family Care for Children & Youth, Inc. is seeking a motivated Permanency Case Manager who delivers high-quality services in a social work setting. REQUIREMENTS:
The Permanency Case Manager position requires a bachelor’s degree in the human services field, a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license, and work eligibility under current Pennsylvania legal and regulatory requirements. A Permanency Case Manager must demonstrate an ability to understand, accept, and implement agency philosophy and policies: an ability to form appropriate relationships to work successfully with adults and children from a variety of backgrounds; to promote, encourage, and participate in teamwork efforts; and have an ability to solve problems in a resourceful and appropriate way. This position requires the ability and willingness to learn and develop professionally.
STARTING SALARY RANGE (Dependent upon experience):
$37,500.00-$37,700.00

Pay Frequency:
- Monthly (looking to switch to bi-weekly)
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday w/Flexible schedule
- On call (one day a week & one weekend a month)
