We are seeking reliable, experienced caregivers in the bay area who are not only skilled, but deeply compassionate, patient and committed to improving the quality of life for others.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of home care/health care experience
Negative TB skin test no older than 2 years or Chest Xray
Fingerprints and background check clearance
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary
- Monitor and report changes in client’s health or behavior
- Assist with mobility, transfers and safety supervision
- Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment
- Communicate effectively with families and agency care team
