We’re currently hiring a NURSE (LPN/RN) - You will be part of our team engaging with our patients, developing relationships, providing a unique blend of skills and knowledge to carry out clinical tasks while delivering outstanding patient service and positive patient engagement. Nurses are instrumental in collaborating with the providers and patients helping our patients feel at ease about their healthcare.
Primary duties:
- Ultimately ensures steady workflow and uninterrupted service in our facility.
- Triages patient phone calls.
- Performs patient Assessments
- Notifies and consults with medical providers and supervisors.
- Follows established patient care plans.
- Demonstrates proficiency in skills applicable to nursing.
Qualifications:

- LPN or RN Illinois License
- Previous medical experience preferred.

Pay/Benefits:
$21-$25 per hour, based on experience and skill set.
