Schedule
- This is a consistent weekly assignment
- Tuesday, 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- Wednesday, 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- Saturday, 10:00 PM to Sunday, 5:00 PM
Location
- The client is located in Bellevue, WA
- Applicants should review the location and make sure they are able to reliably commute to and from the client’s home for each scheduled shift.
- Because this is a consistent assignment, reliable transportation, punctuality, and attendance are essential.
What You Will Do
- Assist with transfers and safe mobility
- Support fall prevention and movement throughout the home
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene care
- Support activities of daily living
- Prepare meals and provide routine support
- Provide medication reminders as appropriate
- Complete light housekeeping related to client care
- Follow the care plan and document care accurately
- Communicate client updates, concerns, and schedule needs to the office promptly
Ideal Caregiver
We are looking for a caregiver who is:
- Reliable and consistent with attendance
- Comfortable with hands on care and daily living support
- Comfortable assisting with transfers and mobility
- Professional, respectful, and attentive during the full shift
- Able to follow routines and care instructions
- Patient, calm, and emotionally steady
- Observant and able to report client updates promptly
- Able to complete light housekeeping related to client care
- Committed to providing consistent, high quality care
Pay and Benefits
- Pay: $24.00 per hour
- Overtime paid at 1.5x
- Holiday pay for company recognized holidays
- Health insurance available for caregivers who consistently work 35 or more hours per week
- Consistent weekly schedule when available
- Support from a responsive office team
Requirements
- Active Washington HCA, CNA, or NAC credential
- Current TB test or screening
- Current CPR certification
- Current Food Worker Card
- Valid government issued photo ID
- Reliable transportation to and from Bellevue
- Reliable phone access for work related communication
- Ability to complete onboarding documents if selected
